KOTA S landscape architecture studio pays special attention to the development of technical documentation for projects. The technical documentation also contains specific details related to the construction or reparation and recultivation of your green area such as bioecological basis - plan, specification of planting material, design solutions, documents with results of the performed research, attestations for the provided equipment and materials and more.

The conceptual design is obligatory in some cases and includes detailed informations about the position of the surface, its functionality, method of construction and selection of construction and planting material, as well as other necessary elements. The conceptual design with other documentation KOTA S harmonizes with the law and with all regulations.

The main project presents in detail the constructional, technical, geological and technological characteristics of the surface with associated facilities and the intended planting material, organizational design solutions and methods of surface maintenance. KOTA S has all the necessary licenses for work, such as the license of the Serbian Chamber of Engineering, 373 Main and responsible designer and 474 Main and responsible contractor.

Planting plan we made when the surface is already formed and only the greening is necessary in accordance with the needs and purpose of the facilities, as well as micro-climatic and other habitat conditions according to the latest recommendations and standards.
